DID YOU KNOW that Federal law does not require soaps to list their ingredients (unless they make specific health claims, in which case they are considered to be a medicine)? Most soaps do not list their ingredients. Read a few labels of the soaps which do and you will see why! The list reads like a what's-what of chemicals known to man! The truth is, most of what we think of as "soap" isn't soap at all, but detergent. That is why the manufacturers call them "Bath Bars," "Cleansing Bars," or "Beauty Bars"--they can't legally call them soap! We have nothing to hide! All our soaps contain only FOOD GRADE cottonseed, olive, sunflower, apricot kernel, coconut, or palm kernel oils, pure, fresh goat's milk, and sodium hydroxide (this turns the oils into soap). Most of our soaps also have herbs and fine essential oils or fragrances. We test them ALL on the baby! (A sure guarantee of mildness and purity!) These soaps are not like what your Grandma made, although it is a homey scene at our house with Dad and a couple of the kids (children, not goats) sitting around the table wrapping soap! As humans, we spend a lot of time searching--for lost items (we are a family of nine, and I can tell you, we spend a LOT of time searching for lost socks!), things to do, something to eat, people to know, products we like, peace. We're All Searching! We could search the world for that peace, and not find it until we find it in the Lord Jesus Christ! Once we find Him, all the rest falls into place.
